Windows keep restarting after installing IDM
I have been using windows XP 64-bit version for a few months now, I have kaspersky internet security 2013, using IDM, Ram: 4GB
my windows has been working well till two weeks ago, then suddenly it started to reboot after a while of using it, and sometimes it reboots just after booting.
I've checked everything to make sure it's not a hardware problem, and once i did, i decided to format and install a fresh copy of the same version, so i did install windows xp (64-bit) again and i installed all programs that i had. but i delayed a couple of programs (IDM was one of them) so when i proceeded to install it (IDM), i figured out that it's a part of the problem cause windows returned to its restarting loop.
Note: restarting loop stops just when uninstalling IDM.
any ideas??
